Steve: Is there something wrong? How come you look so depressed?

Tracy: Monday blues, I guess. I’m just not in the mood for work.

Steve: You know, "Monday blues" is actually pseudo-science. There’s no evidence showing the connection between depression and Mondays. It has more to do with feelings of dilemma you’re facing or some uncomfortable feelings you’re having.

Tracy: Really? That’s very new to me. But it’s true that I’m encountering some difficulties training new employees to properly deal with customers’ complaints. My boss asked me to come up with a new training program for newcomers. And he’d like to meet me next Friday to discuss this.
